While the vehicle is provided to the model makers and photographers (surveying and photography), it is guarded by 1-2 people to ensure that nothing is damaged or stolen. In addition, we give it a fixed schedule, when which vehicle will be provided for inspection, etc. Other people are welcome, but accommodation and meals must be booked separately. All drivers for the vehicle must be named. You will receive more information about arrival and the procedure in a few weeks.
2 people have free food and free accommodation per vehicle. All other persons must be registered separately and pay for the hotel accommodation. Camping on the premises is free of charge, but places are limited. The drivers should be named by name The vehicles are monitored overnight in a closed area by a security service (the area is not roofed!)
